Listing of Safe Places to Stay & Eat
BACKGROUND
Being quite a way off the cultural corridor, out where no culture exists, as
stated in official publications printed by the State of New Mexico, getting to
and from the Imperial Russian Museum in one day is more than most people can
deal with. No matter what happens during your visit - if your accommodations
and meals are poor - the entire experience is a bad one. And it is all
un-necessary.
This is really simple. There is no point in sending you into a place that, in practice does not actually welcome everyone.
CRITERIA FOR LIST
Unlike most paid advertising or pampered publications who swap
services
for publicity, if the place has good food, professional service, and will serve
all who enter- it made the list. If the over-night place is compliant to
Federal laws and discrimination laws it is on the list.
The list is NOT based on a payment of any form. It is based on the individual business's performance in the Hospitality industry.
RE-EVALUATION OF THE LIST
As places and personalities of places change the revisit to learn who is doing what to who is twice a year for two years and then only once after that.
BOTTOM LINE
If you base your evaluations of accommodations on the basis of advertising, or splashy write-ups, please keep in mind that the size of the advert, the cost, and story line are, in reality no clear indication of what to expect.
Again this is really simple. There is no point in sending you into a place that, in practice does not actually welcome everyone.
