I'll Post some of those octal programs I wrote to get the box to tell us what was happening in the system. Program storage usually was a spare 2407. When we powered down the code was gone.

these are separate pages. This even was on a Sunday in the Gym. The transfer of the flag included a really hard smack with the 45 streamers. I came back with a botched roll of film.

Looking back 30 or more years & hope for the future
I suspect that most on the lists are gone forever. Perhaps we should do better in the next life to keep track of each other. Amongst the missing are nearly 120 Kuwaitis who perished the night of terror August 1st 1990. The word genocide has recently returned to my vocabulary. Also amongst the missing are the other 29 Children of the Arabian Forest, and the Parrot cards each one used. None of us ever planned or even considered for what happened. As I look out on the net and see another generation on the ground over there, I am reminded of discovering the marks and clues left for us both 20 and 50 years earlier by previous generations who worked the problem. When looking for a brass cap in October of 1980, an ancient tired Bedouin and his herd came near, he squatted down and began to dig, revealing the brass cap we had been looking for. He indicated he watched them put it in, and had been guarding it. The cap was marked U.S.N. Survey 1939. This is one of only two ARSOPs I clearly remember. The other will be posted in pictures eventually. Today when I see on the desktop the weather in Kuwait is 113 and a sand storm, I remember coming out of a bunker in 1989 and finding my car completely covered, and I also think back to 1980, the totally sand blasted IPAR and ICWAR up on Mutla Ridge at the grounds of the old winter palace, and I wonder about who will help the Caladeans defend themselves? While the rivalry has churned for at least a
couple of thousand years, should we let the tiny group of people there on the
gulf perish because some university professor or movie star says the situation
is to unpleasant I will eventually write a book on the parallels of the situation in Petrograd of 1917 and Kuwait of 1989. Don't misread this, Kuwait was NOT in a situation of anything that resembled a revolution. The parallels are of behavior and influences external. First I must wait for news of the death of an individual that should have been taken to the square and hung - in Boston, or better, quartered at the bridge in Concord. Well it's a good wish for me to have. Back to the present. Shortly it will be 30 years since 24G20 1-77 was assembled. I was real surprised to find the lists I typed for Stout. I'm still digging for some 1/1 names as all of them seem to be non existent, and strangely enough there are a couple of real Captains and Colonels I'd like to chat with. It is sort of a small world - lets see how many from that time can be found. I would like to thank the Imperial Russian Museum of North America for the use of a couple of pages. ..although there is no one left to see my regards and know what it is about.. reguards
